Customer Feedback dynamically rate tradesman and station services.
All complaints generates reports and dynamically change status as per data inputs from various departments
Electrical and mechanical type of complains
External Services of a society or colony or station
water supply related complaints
Services have all other lists.
All complaints having status of Completed will have all required Pics, Resolution Time, Process of Delivery
FEEDBACK . Feedback is the only way to mark the complaint mark as complete else its auto marked after certiain period of time
All Complaints having inprocess status means that this Complaint is visited of supervisor or acknowledged by Tradesman and they are addressing it soon
Work Time its totally depend on Acknowledgement time and Completion time
All complaints having Pending Status means that complaint has been launched by Mobile app or Call from customer directly
Client/Customer Customer have complete access to create complaint anytime from Customer portal
